Samyan Mitrtown

Bangkok, Thailand

Samyan Mitrtown is a mixed use development comprising One 31-storeyed 48,000-sq.m. Office towers built on top of a 5-storeyed 36,000-sq.m. Retails with A convention MitrTown Hall and House Movie Theatres on Top of Podium. The 3-underground car park can handle over 1,500 car parking lots includes the MRT underground walkway linked directly to the Samyan MRT Station.

Sathorn Square

Bangkok, Thailand

Sathorn Square is a mixed use development comprising hotel and office towers built on top of a 5-storey underground car park and 2-storey retail podium. The total construction area is approximately 135,000 m2. The site is centrally located at the corner of Sathorn Road and Narathiwat Road, within proximity to the Chong Nonsi BTS Station and access to public transport.

EEC Lincolne Scott were appointed as the mechanical and electrical engineering services consultants, as part as an international group of consultants and constructors put together by the owner, to ensure the design and construction of the extension could be fast tracked.

The MET Condiminium

Bangkok, Thailand

Winner of the housing category in the 2009 World Architecture awards, The Met is not only the tallest condominium tower in Bangkok, but has also pioneered a new model in high density tropical housing. At 66 storeys high, The Met offers breathtaking views, glistening pools, and tropical greenery for the residents of its 3 Tower blocks and 500 apartments, comprising of 1 to 4 bedroom units.

Dubai MRT

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

The new Dubai Metro, will be one of the most advanced urban rail systems in the world, and will be the catalyst for tourism, financial and economic growth. Designed to relieve growing motor traffic and support the significant continuing urban development of Dubai, the completed network will service 1.2 million passengers a day and 355 million passengers per year.

The Pano Condominium

Bangkok, Thailand

The Pano is a luxurious water front residence located by the Chao Phraya River in Bangkok, Thailand. Occupying just over 14,000 m2 of land, the development comprises a 57-storey tower and low-rise river front residences gathered around a lotus pond which amplifies the sense of living by the water. It is also one of the tallest buildings in Bangkok, coming in as the 4th highest residential building and 9th highest building in the city overall.

Intercontinental Resort & Spa

Danang Vietnam

The Intercontinental Resort & Spa is located 5km north of Danang in central Vietnam. The site is located in a secluded cove in the hills of the famous Son Tra Peninsula, with its own private beach surrounded by natural forest. The project comprises a total construction area of 35,000m2 featuring 168 spacious rooms, five beachfront villas with private pools and a range of more than 20 suites.

International School of Bangkok Cultural Centre

Nonthaburi, Thailand

The International School of Bangkok’s new performing arts block is located on the site of the International School of Bangkok’s main campus at Soi Nichada Thani, Nonthaburi. Facilities include a theatre, visual arts and humanities area, storage, band rooms, practice rooms, drama rooms, dance rooms, chorus rooms and a basement car park.

Citibank at Interchange

Bangkok, Thailand

The headquarters of the Citibank N.A. Bangkok Branch relocated from the Sangthong Thani building on North Sathorn Road to the Interchange building on Sukhumvit Road at the Asoke Intersection in May 2010. EEC Lincolne Scott was responsible for the design and documentation of electrical and mechanical systems for the fit out of approximately 21,000 m2 of office space over 12 levels.

Sainham Tower Office Building

Dhaka, Bangladesh

Located in the Gulshan district of Dhaka, the 14 storey commercial office building will be approximately 13,100m2 of basement and office area. Gulshan is a mixed residential and commercial area, and is also the location of many international government building including the Royal Thai Embassy, Embassy of the United States of America and the Australian High Commission.

Vietcombank Tower

Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam

The building occupies a premier site in Ho Chi Minh City overlooking Me Linh Square and then onto the river. It comprises the new headquarters for Vietcombank and multi-tenant leased office space. Total area is 51,700m2 and the height (excluding roof plantroom and roof feature) is 144m. There are 4 basement levels and 35 occupied levels. The typical tower floor net lettable area is 1,100m2.

Hilton Hotel

Dhaka, Bangladesh

The Hilton Dhaka is a 5-Star hotel Development in Dhaka, Bangladesh. It comprises of 240 Guest Hotel rooms over 28 storeys with 5 level basements and mezzanine podium floors. The approximate GFA is approximately 32,500 sqm. The key design principle of this project is simplicity and elegance and to provide practical advantage to achieve fast construction time with local construction capabilities.
