The Hilton Dhaka is a 5-Star hotel Development in Dhaka, Bangladesh.  It comprises of 240 Guest Hotel rooms over 28 storeys with 5 level basements and mezzanine podium floors.  The approximate GFA is approximately 32,500 sqm.

The key design principle of this project is simplicity and elegance and to provide practical advantage to achieve fast construction time with local construction capabilities.

The structure for the building presents no major complications. Standard design and construction methods are followed to develop a combined shear wall and concrete frame structure designed to withstand the normal live loads, wind loads and regional seismic conditions.
